Photoshop? How Do You Make This?

How Do You Make An Image/ Slideshow Like This? I Have CS3 If Thats Any Help.

You can make it in photoshop, the only version that I'm 100% sure you can do that with is 'photoshop CS3 extended'.

To make an image like that:
1) open photoshop cs3 extended and go to window > animation to show the animation window

2) create 4 (or any number) layers which will be the colors that change in your animation.

3) use your paint bucket tool and fill in each layer with a separate color

4) hide all layers except for 1 (preferably the bottom one to avoid confusion).

5) in the animation window, make sure you're in the 'frame animation view' (can toggle between frame and timeline at the bottom right) and duplicate the selected frame (button near the trashcan in the animation window.

6) select the new frame, and in your layers window hide the layer that you had visible, then make a new layer (color) visible.

7) repeat steps 4-6 untill all your colors are turned into frames. then hit the play button in your animation window. You may have to change the time each frame is displayed (under each frame is a dropdown menu) to make it look better.
